whirlwind tour
ok. so i decided somewhat last minute to drive to massa2cents for a bridal shower. and i decided to skip the usual visit/stopover at my cousins in watchung nj, exactly 3.5 hours from me in VA and 3.5 from my parents in western ma. so i blazed on a bright shiny saturday morning. 5:45am wakeup call. loaded the car and cooler with baby's lunch/bfast, and changed a sleeping baby's diaper in his crib. but left him in his PJs. and we were off. this time, i had a copilot. mr 7"(dont get dirty) portable DVD player. so after 4.5 hours, we stopped for a pit stop for gas and our diaper changes, in CT. hello. 6 states travelled and we needed gas. so after we hit the powder room, we were off but stevenjr was done with this ride. so on went laurie berkner, followed by the muppet show. after listening to the muppet show at my age, i realized how adult that show is. something i never realized b/c um last time i saw it i wasn't an adult. still not sure i am but now i get all the jokes. and its a good find. so go buy it. hours travelled back to VA:8, most expensive gas price:$3.48, sunshine delays:3.
