slowing down?
ok. when i moved to DC 6.5 years ago, i was a bit of a soccer playing loon. coming from boston, i played in 3 soccer leagues. 2 outdoor and 1 indoor. and i thought life was pretty darn good. then i move to the soccer heartbeat of america(or at least it seems that way to me) and joined SEVEN leagues. seven! even went to a few coed national championships. but now, 6.5 years later, married with baby, i have hacked the list to 1 league, 2 different women's teams. open and O30. and when it comes to drama, the women's teams are full of it, less so much on coed. so im in the middle of a little O30 drama. chicks shouldn't take switching team so personally! anyway, what i really want to hear about on the us women's national team is the drama. i want to know the gossip, who's a bitch, who's a backstabber, who's an idiot. lilly's journal is so full of sugar, my hand sticks to the mouse and i just KNOW it can't be like that anymore. this younger generation is different. diva city! days til US WNT plays IREland: 3, months shannon boxx is out for ACL/MCL surgery:6-8.
