detest the dentist
ok. had my semi-every 2 years cleaning today. EEOCH. I know there is a reason people are supposed to get their cleanings regularly, but i hate the dentist. and for the record, i did actually think that i shouldn't go when i was pregnant. something about the pain of labor, being all that i needed to gear up for. anyways, i need to go back in 2 weeks to fix a filling, that i apparently nearly grinded(is that right? ground? didn't sound right but then it did) out of my molar. eeoch. yes, for the 100th time in the last 4 years, they are telling me i grind. and i do. ahhh. so it's supposed to be 99 degrees today, and wouldn't you know it i have my second summer soccer game at 7:45pm. not early enough to be cool enough. and if this week, i make 3 weak-a$$ shots on goal like last week, i may be forced to sign up for this adult summer camp in august. so yesterday was steven jr's first day at a farm. and his first day walking around in
his 4-wheel drive sandals. it was really funny to watch him pick up speed and chase the doggies around. and a full face kiss by one of the yellow labs didnt stop him. not sure what he thought of the chickens. it was our CSA (Community supported Agriculture) organic farm's tomato tasting day, so we drove down to Washington's Birthplace, VA. YEs, that is the name of the town. We didn't stop for any tours, although we did do a loop around the washington memorial replica on the street of the farm. the farm owners live in a Washington family house built in 1740! holy old. inside temperature: 71, outside temperature:92.7 , lbs lost in first week of WW: 5.8.
