butthead
ok. there was definitely some sadness in my mind today as the world cup is over and i now have to wait four more years to see what kind of ridiculousness the USA can produce. but since im a redsox fan at heart, i can deal with the rollercoaster ride. and of course, there are things to discuss. the headbutt. zidane, zidane,ZIDANE!!!! i was actually at one point ROOTING for the frawnch frogs ONLY for him to end his career in such a grand way. but no storybook ending here! wow. I seriously think FIFA should question his nationality a bit more, because going up to an opponent and HEAD BUTTING him in the stinkin chest, i don't know, seems more American or Irish, maybe even Mexican, but FRENCH? no way, if you gave me a multiple choice, i would have circled BITCH SLAP in an instant. what the Hizell was going on there? what could have Materazzi said? I wish I knew. but for all of the madness, i was so glad for italia! karan and craig were our special guests and they brought italian wine, and a french and an italian cheese. viva italia! seeing how karan was responsible for introducing me to Belmont soccer 11 years ago, it seems only fitting to have some wine and add to my points total. points eaten yesterday: 24, anger scale (1-10): 6, points for morning coffee and banana: 2.
