15 minutes as a total?
ok. the posting delay was not to add more excitement to my first day on the set. we we all arrived with our ponytails neatly brushed back and some even put on mascara. they took our headshots and stapled them to the release form(we didnt actually read it- we let one of the lawyer moms do that). then they filmed for about a 45 minutes. and by filmed i mean they stood right on the indoor pitch with us! so now we have a giant elephant on the field and we are all supposed to act natural. Danielle the gal in charge told us that it will be on PBS - this new show called Real Simple TV. I am not sure when it will be aired but they told us they will let us know! probably baiting us to get some viewers! anyway, we were all a bit deflated when Danielle said it would be a 5 minute bit. FIVE minutes! oh well, i was really looking for my 15 minutes of fame, so what does this mean, now i only get 10 minutes left, or does the counter restart if you dont get a FULL 15 minutes of fame. these things i ponder. and i have been really busy trying to be a mom. and im not kidding. im actually BURIED under laundry and recipes and i have been attempting to get the meal almost on the table when SteveO walks in. One of these days I will put a dress on and some pearls. ha. that would mean showering and changing out of soccer sweats. hey rome wasn't built in a day. I am also going to find a doctor and get tested for AADD. At least, that is today's plan. I am also going to be one of the 40,000 other moms out there that thinks their baby is the cutest in the world and submit a pic to Regis and Kelly's contest. Maybe then I will get my 15 minutes of fame in NYC on the show. stay tuned. soccer games this week: 3, women who I found out are pregnant this week: 3, bringing total pregnant friends count to: 7.
