resume updated to include bumblebee soccer ref positions...
ok. i did my stint as a soccer ref in high school, i think we were paid like $10 a game. It was fun, we got to wear our black jerseys and run around the little tykes as they all chased after the ball together as a clump and then watch it roll through the goalie's legs. I liked to pick out the ones with the spark...little Tano Milano was such a little cutie pie - for an 8 year old. wonder what happened to him. But the real story is that I just read "In the wake of Germany's game-fixing scandal, FIFA President Sepp Blatter has recommended paying referees 100,000 euros ($132,600) a year." That would be awesome. Be paid handsomely for probably a 3-4 hour job twice a week. Maybe I need to look into how many games they actually need to support for full time work. This is the answer. I guess you would need that kinda $ to pay off your therapist after being insulted for 90 minutes straight by English Premier League hooligans. maybe it isn't enough pay afterall...
