lines in the road
ok. who knew that simple dotted lines in the road would make me so happy. well for the 2 years, I have been driving through the Fairfax Circle( I wish they would just call it a rotary) and everytime I go through the light on Route 29 across route 50, I get nervous the cars to my right will come in my lane. Everyday I know that someone will scare me and I will need to honk. Well, apparently the department of fairfax works must have figured that out, because, low and behold, they put dotted lines across the intersection to show idiots how to make a zigzag within their own lane. It's genius. I say that b/c for the last 2 years I have been wishing it and now its there! little dotted lines. im so happy. I confidently drive without fear of the drivers-who-cant-see-the-imaginary-line-dividers who dont know their lane from their elbow.
played soccer last night with these ladies who just got back from Nationals. They came in 3rd in the over 40 Division. None of them appeared over 30 and ran like they were under 20. wow. games played last night in humidity: 2.
