ok. so the O.C. reunion between me and my tv was great. they were pushing this band Rooney big time and i was a little puzzled then someone at work informed me that the O.C. has this big contract with the music industry so i can expect to see a lot of promotional bands being pumped into the teen mind. i feel good about the fact that i didnt immediately start searching for Rooney mp3s but apparently, everyone else who watched the show did. the rooney website was down shortly after the show. woops. now what do i think about watching a show and having this in your face blatant music advertising? well im ok with it b/c i share mp3s so i realize that the companies have their back against the wall since i rarely buy CDs anymore. glad i had that talk with you. # of times i referenced rooney: 3, # of times O.C. did :1000000.
