ok. made 2 birthday cakes plates this afternoon. beaner pointed out how made-by-you stole my idea. ah well. what can you do. i played a soccer game for the first time in weeks. must prepare for next weekends tournament. I was tired. missed a one on one with the goalie by launching it over the crossbar. (in gaelic football, I would have at least gotten 1 point. in soccer. ziltch.) all i needed to do was toe poke it. waa. second time i have done that kind of blunder in 3 months. the scoring touch is gone. i settled for an assist. missed goals: 1, days til i forget that moment: 5, mia hamm goals for the washington freedom today: 3(nomar hits a homerun in camden yards!).
