ok. let's talk about slugs babee lets talk about you and me...lalala. slugs are sooo gross. but apparently, after one trip to home depot, and a box of BUG-GETTA slug killer, I have now attracted a family of slugs to the deck where my lovely basil and sweet pepper plants reside. They have this strange slug design on their backs. Whatever is in this brown granulated poison sure does one hell of a number on the suckers. it obliterates them! all that is left behind is this pile of goo. it's really quite something. Hats off to ORTHO. way to go bug killers! after many committee meetings, it has been decided that the iPod to me is like the glass slipper to Cinderella. thats all great except that the very day that i finally make this decision, my laptop turns into a pumpkin. so until i get meself a new hard drive, i got nothing to mp3 with. arg. played soccer last night in the heat and scored a goal. yes! the slump is over. i would have had another one if i wasnt smothered by the meddlesome defense! ASHLEY! that dang ref didnt even notice the what-could-have-been-a-world-cup-moment. sheesh. im on a soccer hiatus until next wednesday. hoping to revive the mia within...
