ok. im back from martha's vineyard for the 4th jewlie weekend celebrations! it was awesome. the weather was hot and HUMID which ordinarily i would be used to coming from DC, but since it only rains here, i was in shock. Heathy told me about this ghost girl that haunts the house and i was freaked about it!!! eek. i wouldnt open my eyes at night for fear of seeing her. Stivo had a great time, and it was super cool to bring an island newbie around town and show him the sights! got to see my sweeties eliz and Phoebe. they are awesome! jim and heather redid their guest house and it was awesome. i want to move in and write a book but a girl needs to eat. went to my first book signing of Phillip Cragie and got him to sign his latest vineyard mystery. did i mention that we flew to the island? it was awesome! it was a bit pricey but there is nothing that compares to arriving to the island in 1.5 hours. AWESOME! too bad those direct flights are only in the summer. during this vaca, i let my fantasy baseball league ride its own wave and i nearly got smacked out of the league! eek. ended up losing 9-2. woops. im still in 3rd place but now im 9 games out. ouchie. so i woke up this morning and i felt awful. like a large church bell ringing in my ears. darn! i woke up at 11:30 and started watching GLITTER from the beginning. Eminem dissed Mariah and they have some war going on so i figured before i start making fun of this movie, i should watch it. i liked some of it. it was funny! hahah. the end was awful but there is something about mariah's glass breaking screech that i couldnt look away. bean machine came over for a bbq last night and the only thing we ended up bbqing was asparagus. oops! left the chicken at the store. claire murray rugs purchased: 2, days since last show show:2.
